Dave is amazing! He took on my case(s) without question and at a reasonable price two cases that is one which was a very serious case. He came to visit me quickly when I was in jail I was sitting in there for two months waiting for a public defender with no bond as soon as dave got the call to represent me and was my lawyer he had me out on my own pr! I have had a few experiences with David Harbin and I tell you this man truly cares about his clients. I recently hired him to help me with getting a second degree assault reduced to a probation before judgment and eventually expunged. I can't tell you how good it felt to have him working with me. I wasn't alone. I was very scared it wouldn't work but he got it to go through and now i have a second chance in life. Both he and his staff are knowledgeable and very professional. I have now use David Harbin for two different traffic court appearances. Both carried very heavy penalties. Because his expertise, I was able to minimize any sentencing on either one to where my life is still manageable and I went o forward relatively unscathed. And both of my personal situations, guilt or innocence was not a factor. Of course I had done the things I was charged with, but because of his efforts as a whole, my life isn’t over.
