Mr. Harbin has represented my son on more then one occasion and has gone above and beyond what was expected. His Administrative assistant Molly is such a pleasure to correspond with, she always gets back to you in a reasonable amount of time and keeps you up to date on things. I reached out to Harbin Law for my daughter who was facing both misdemeanor and felony criminal charges at the age of 18. When I called, I was immediately greeted on the phone by Molly who listened to me, provided excellent advice (to someone who knows very little about legal issues), recommended solutions and was eager to work with me to help my daughter. Molly and Dave were fast and efficient in jumping right into my daughters’ case, and Dave’s visits to my daughter at the Detention Center kept her informed and comforted that there were people on her side and wanted the best for her. Molly was always on the other end of the phone anytime I called and was always available to answer any questions I had and helped to calm a lot of my fears with the entire situation. In the end, my daughter is now receiving the help that she needed, and I have Dave and Molly to thank tremendously for that! I hope to never face legal troubles like this again but if I do, Dave Harbin and Molly would be the first phone call I would make and would recommend them to anyone! Thanks again Dave and Molly!!

Mr. Harbin is an excellent Lawyer. He was very knowledgeable of the Washington County court system and did everything he could to keep me informed on what my case outcome may be.
