Where should I start..I was charged with second degree assault in the state of Maryland which can land you in jail for up to 10 years. I contacted Dave Harbin Law firm. She also made history a the Washington County Circuit court… The Jury took only 30 seconds to deliberate and came out with the not guilty verdict…The staff at the court said they never ever seen that before. The staff at Harbin Law Office is second to none. I have been represented in the past by David and called the other day with some follow up questions from a case I forgot existed but that had shown up on a background check.
