I retained Dave fairly late in two case that seemed very bleak and indefensible. Dave not only accepted both cases but did it for me at a discount even though he didn’t have to.He’s very empathetic professional and patient especially with me and I’m kind of difficult to deal with. He’s everything promoted. He handily beat both of my cases without breaking a sweat. I highly recommend Dave because he’s a family man very professional and knows his craft. I live in pgh, I obtained Attorney Harbins law office for his services, for a family member who had a unique expedition warrant from hagerstown Md, and one from Allegheny county, in which he had a 200 bond, and so, dealing with two different states was confusing, but Attorney Harbin was very knowledgeable and precise of the expedition laws, to get the job done! and everything went like clockwork, , it took some time to deal with Allegheny county but for that I am grateful to his services and his staff PROFESSIONALISM. I give this office a big thumbs up and worth every 5 stars I gave them, Molly the legal Secretary was very Understanding by me calling from pgh pa, and informing of updates, thru emails or via phone communication, for that I’m so grateful!
