I hired Visa Ferrell, Esq. for a simple estate issue. Or so I thought. It turned out that the estate of my deceased loved ones were tenants in common and not joint tenancy. There were a myriad of other issues that arose while attempting to close the estate and Visa met each and every challenge and resolved them with alacrity. Ms. Ferrel was also informative and kept me educated and up to date on progression and any hurdles as they presented themselves. Her tireless work ethic and due diligence ensured that my family's estate would be closed. To have her as my family estate attorney during such an emotional time was more than ideal and I will forever be grateful. She wasn't the only estate attorney I worked with but she is the ONLY one I would work with again without a second thought.
