Good staff, friendly and effective legal services

We are graduate students making absolutely no money and heavily in debt. Unfortunately, an unintentional copyright infringement issue came across my table, threatening to sue me if I did not pay for damages. I did not know whether the party or their claims were legitimate or how to even properly respond. The infringement was very much unintentional, unknowingly, and the said piece of work was being used for a website that was not involved in any monetization activities. At this time, Chris came to our rescue! Realizing we had no money and we were simply naive graduate students, Chris graciously offered to review the materials we had on hand, provide his feedback/advice on how to respond to this "shakedown," and help us write the language for subsequent emails we needed to send without taking a dime. Despite being on vacation, Chris continued to follow up the issue (both through phone calls & text messages) because he understood the time sensitivity of the issue and how truly worried we were. Chris is someone who truly cares about his client and shows genuine interest and intrigue for the problem at hand. He shows ownership and commitment which is rare to see, especially for someone who is graciously helping out pro bono. I cannot thank Chris enough for getting us out of this situation and helping us avoid a pesky legal battle for something so harmless as we are entering one of the most important phases of our lives.

Bill recently helped me through a Workers Comp case. He was extremely communicative, and as I struggled to understand the different elements involved in Workers Comp, he was reassuring and supportive. He never failed to answer any phone call or email, he demonstrated dedication to the specifics of my case with efficiency and concern for a good outcome. He also gave periodic updates as to how things were progressing at multiple points throughout the five months he represented me. His experience in this area of law is very helpful, as he was able to draw upon past experiences to guide us in the right direction. When you're going through a difficult case, and you add to that the Workers Comp piece, you want someone who communicates. Bill did, in spades. Couldn't recommend him more highly for all he did for me.

This review is coming super late- but Jason REALLY helped me out last year when I found out my license was suspended from a series of mishaps originating from an ex witholding info. Not only did he hear my story, but he was sympathetic and helped me WAY more than I'm sure he could have for the cost. In short- Jason is GREAT! He was always available to answer questions and always got back to me, and even gave me gentle reminders if I missed anything. Needless to say, I didn't have to go to court, all charges were dropped, and I didn't get any points on my license. THANKS JASON! Would definitely refer you if needed in the future!

I hired Jason to fight three tickets I got. As a CDL holder, a clean record is very important. Jason was affordable, explained how he would handle everything in court, and kept me 100% up to date with everything that happened in my case. He got everything dismissed! He's easy to talk to and even called me on a weekend with an update. A+!
