Very reasonable and friendly service.

I had a consultation with Shelley in October 2023, and it was great based off the recommendation from a FB group for my county... wonderful conversation and was looking forward to her recommendations to move forward... I must have called over 10 times, talked to her secretary who was little to no help and lacked follow-up communication. My final straw was an email I sent after thanksgiving to Shelley directly asking her to follow-up with me from the October consultation... NOT ONE WORD!! NOT ONE PHONE CALL. Just straight disrespectful to take a consultation and then don't follow-up like she and her office stated. The secretary told me that my recommendations was in "draft mode" REALLY!! for 2 months!!! ridiculous... I even called the main line and was told by another clerk who works there but for a different attorney that Ms. Shelley office is EXTREMELY behind. I am sorry but you are not that backed up to follow-up with someone... if so, then stop taking consultations and wasting people time. I see she got 5 stars here on google and people are saying nice things about her but that was not my experience with her or her office. I will be looking elsewhere for these important matters because Shelley office is not it!!! I do not and will not recommend her office to anyone!!

When we had a car accident where the other motorist was at fault but we were struggling with the insurance company, Scott and his staff were wonderful in getting us the compensation we deserved. His secretary Stacie even helped find the other motorists insurance company when we thought they were uninsured. His other support staff (Gabbie and Anna) were also exceptionally helpful. I would definitely come back, but hopefully I won’t need to. I recommend Scott highly to anyone looking for a personal injury attorney.

I was in my first car accident back in 2021. Rear ended accident and I had no clue what to do. I was scared and traumatized until I reached out to Scott Bowling's office. There I was assisted by a bilingual (Spanish) speaking legal assistant that helped me understand the process and was responsive to any questions and concerns I had. I was pleased with the outcome of the case and beyond thankful for their help. I would use them again and I would highly recommend this office.
