While he was unable to take my case because of it being out of state, he gave me and my wife invaluable information on how we needed to proceed. This was my first experience of being hurt in a car accident. Mr. Burgess took care of everything for me. He guided me through the whole process and worked very hard on my behalf. We have used Bill as our attorney for many years. He always returns calls in a timely manner. He is easily reachable and has even answered while he was out of town. Another plus is his down to earth manner. He explains things that non attorneys can understand. His office is about 100 miles from my house and even so, he has been our go to guy. His staff is prompt and thorough and we recieve updates and paperwork quickly. We send our documents via email most of the time. I have had to make the call to him 3 times in the last 7 years and feel very comfortable knowing he is handling our case. He has gotten us positive results in a system that is unfriendly to the vicitms.
