My case is ongoing currently, but I love that he itemizes everything on the bill and consistently updates weekly (through paralegal). I think for the quality of the attention to detail his fees are reasonable. The office is great and responds quickly if I have a question. I really do feel that he cares and it's not just about making his living. My case is family court related. He is 1000x better than an office I worked with previously. (Not in the state of MD) The outcome is based on my strength to push through and to make sure to throughly communicate.

Do not use this lawyer. I used him for a custody case and end up with nothing but a bill. The day of my final case he throw my case away to go to the airport to get his son. He did nothing of what he talked about or had me pay for when he did an amended complaint on my case. So I refused to pay the rest of the bill so he took me to court.

Don’t even bother!!! They are quick to quote a price and then hang up on you when you ask about it or why it is 200 for 30 min? So quick I could even say ok and thank you!! And if this wasn’t enough I called back requesting to speak with the manager as this is very unprofessional. When she picked up she told me she had othe things to deal with and hung up 🆙 n me as well!!!! Unreal!! Look for someone that care about you not just your money. I’m already miserable as I’m looking at divorce so can’t you be nice!!

I regret to say that my experience with Bill Fanning was nothing short of remarkable. Not in a good way, mind you. Mr. Fanning's indifference towards my earnest quest to reunite with my offspring was truly awe-inspiring. One might assume that he could have, at the very least, trimmed the exorbitant $25,000+ monthly bill he so graciously sends my way. It's worth noting that the billing continued unabated until I mustered the courage to confront him about the apparent lack of progress. Lo and behold, the invoices miraculously ceased - a testament to the power of inquiry. In the grand pantheon of legal assistance, Mr. Fanning's sole act of benevolence was the provision of a monthly payment plan. I extend my heartfelt gratitude for this solitary act of kindness, Bill. And, no my children's "therapist" still isnt answering for the 100th time. Your unwavering dedication to your profession, albeit somewhat misguided, has left an indelible mark on my life. She is unfair. Unfair judgement. Her own children run ramped and break the same law she is supposed to abide by. She is a nice woman I personally think she simply has poor values and judgement. She obviously needs to do some personal self reflection on what kind of person she is before she can sit around helping a judge choose a person's fate.

Bill just wants your money and has no interest in representing you. He should be ashamed of himself Not a very good christian. Bill lied to me through the whole process. He cost me $40,000 when he hung me out to dry. He refused to appeal a judgement by a magistrate who ruled my hand written 1099 were invalid but hey he made money. Bill represents the courts and his own interests first as he told me I am not going to ruin all the work they give me for you. I had to hire another lawyer to fix his poor and useless representation.
