NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! If I could give him NEGATIVE stars I would. First off, he made a mistake on my settlement and blamed the other people. Afterwards, his communication skills continued to get worse cause HE KNEW He made a mistake. I HAD TO CALL AND ASK MULTIPLE times on an update! After he failed on the first settlement, he went back for another. That failed!!! I continued to ask what is the status of my case. I continued to get strung along my Dan. In July 2024 I was told he would go to the hearing and have my settlement in a month(after I was told multiple things different times). It is now August 13th(today), I and Dan have went our separate ways. Not only was my hearing pushed back to OCTOBER.... But I had to call and find out. Went to the office ltr that day to pick up my case work. He said my girlfriend had made a threat, I asked what it was. HE WAS UNABLE TO TELL ME HOW OR WHAT THE TREAT WAS. Upon me leaving the office, DAN Wanted to say more things as he was walking away. I ASK "WOULD YOU LIKE TO STEP OUTSIDE AND TALK"(no need to walk away we when can talk face to face or step out away from others if it's something you can't or don't want to say in front of people). He got HOT & wanted to act big and bad in front of his team. But walked off saying to call the COPS. 1. Lies when he makes mistakes. 2. Tried to cover it up and blame the other party. 3. HORRIBLE & UNPROFESSIONAL communication. 4. Will catch an attitude if he is wrong and you ask questions. 5. Tries to over talk you in a conversation to get his point across to make you feel like you are wrong. 6. Acts as if you are the problem if you challenge him on his word or work.
