Eric and his team worked hard to get me compensated after I was in a crash with a local company work vehicle that was driving recklessly and cost me my car, but also left me with a permanent hand injury and PTSD. About a month prior to the pandemic I was rear ended and suffered from multiple neurological symptoms as a result of whiplash. The preparation Eric and his staff took to get me ready for trial was impressive. I had the option to go to trial, but decided to settle, and I would have settled for less but Eric counseled me, which ultimately led to a larger settlement. Eric and Kyle were amazing throughout the process. They kept me informed and explained thoroughly each step. I am very happy to give Eric Stravitz 5 stars. It is a rare situation in life when you find yourself in a difficult spot and you need the help and expertise of a lawyer. I was a pedestrian struck by a car. When I finally got my bearings, I knew I needed a lawyer to help me sort through the 'maze' of what needed to be handled (which also included medical filings).
