I’ve worked with Hearns Law Group three times. They have always been professional and attentive throughout my entire process. Alphonso, Amanda and former attorney Kim, are very knowledgeable and upfront of what they can do to help your case. If you’re honest there shouldn’t be any issues. I never questioned their integrity, each of them was a tremendous help to me throughout my entire process. I’m very grateful for this law firm, their support meant everything. If anyone is looking for a good family attorney look no further.

Theresa was amazing! She helped me tackle something that was very difficult, and got me through it. She was so easy to work with. She was direct, incredibly responsive, and ways gave me excellent advice and guidance. I referred a friend to her. She gets the job done, and does it in a no nonsense way. This lady is quite rude, I now understand why some of the other reviews are what they are. What lawyer that gives “free” consultations says to you “ you know I’m not getting paid for this conversation so…”? She could certainly do better w/how she talks to people! Since she works for people. She will lie and state there’s 2 consultations which isn’t accurate either. She wail also lie and state documents need to be filled and etc, when she told my loved one she couldn’t do anything to help them. So that would mean no paper work is necessary. Lastly she’s bashing another lawyer stating they screwed up but couldn’t & or wouldn’t explain how. She’s rude if you do find yourself needing these services please find someone else whom isn’t rude and also honest, but she stated she’s a Christian woman. I HAVE AN ENTIRE TEXT THREAD FROM HER!

I began my journey with this law firm by first filling out their contact us form and sent it via email. I waited a few days to hear back and I received no response. I called the office and when my number showed up on their end I received a text informing me to leave my name and number and someone would call me back. That never happened! I called back once and again and Ms. Cho (in a hurried voice) answered the phone and asked if I had received the initial form and I stated, "No I hadn't." She said she would send it to me through my email. I received it, filled it out with my information and I've not heard anything from her. All this to say that I don't know what kind of a business you're running, but obviously it's not very well run. I have had the worst experience with this attorney than any one attorney I've ever dealt with. I'm not sure how you garner new clients, but if you treat them the way you treated me, I'm guessing you don't have many. You have been very unprofessional and my guess is the only reason you bothered to answer the phone and offer me your client intake form was to brush me off. Well, no need because you see I wouldn't spend my money with your firm for a million dollars. Oh and honestly I didn't even want to give you one star, but it wouldn't allow me to post until I added at least one star, and unfortunately you aren't even worth that.

Soo I usually don't write really long reviews but I want you all to know you MUST not look any further for your legal needs. I first reached out the firm back in January 2023. The consultation was free, I was not rushed, they made me feel like a valued person not a client/customer! Amanda was my contact, she spent over an hour gathering information about my child custody/eviction case I was inquiring about. She gave me every ounce of knowledge she knew, advice, etc. I didn't contract with them at that time due to not knowing if it's what I truly wanted to do. Fast forward to March. I reach out again, another free consultation, I signed the retainer this time and they proceeded with getting the documents prepared to start the process. After talking to myself and trying to look at the glass half full rather than empty. I decided after signing retainer to not proceed, Amanda gave me NO attitude, disappointment, etc. She was just as happy as I was that I didn't have to go through with this. The hearns law group and AMANDA was nothing short of amazing, super helpful, not pushy trying to force you to make a life changing decision that WILL affect your life. Look no further this firm is top tier. Oh also they response time and communication/ customer service is just as stellar.
