I reached out to Brownlee when I was made aware of criminal charges being brought against my juvenile sibling. I met Brownlee at Bowie State where he taught Trial Advocacy. Remembering his exceptional Trial Advocacy teaching, he was my first resource. I didn't bother googling or asking around for any other references. The initial consultation call with Brownlee proved his expertise - he jumped on the case and assured us this was in his wheelhouse and he will be doing exactly what he does best. Charged with 17 felony counts in adult court, my juvenile sibling got waived down to juvenile court, received 1-year probation on 1 count and the rest dismissed - a remarkable outcome. My mom was recently diagnosed with alzeimers disease in the past year. It has definitely become more noticeable over time but she is still okay for the most part. I had Jessica Charles as my attorney, and I will say it started off rough! However, she is still committed to serving me as an attorney and seeking justice.
