First, as a fellow law school student and now as a practicing lawyer, I've had the pleasure of knowing and working with Turner as a friend and colleague for many years. Turner goes the extra mile for his clients. Turner is a local Maryland guy who has personally worked for local judges and understands how to get his clients the best possible results. I had a wonderful experience working with Emily Z and Peter Hatfield from McGowan and Cecil. As a practicing attorney in Maryland, I have a large network of attorneys to choose from but decided to choose McGowan and Cecil. My experience was amazing. I would have to say that Quinn and Emily are in top of everything. When i came to their office i was worried about all my bills due to my accident. Guest what i didn't even had to deal with the hospital or the insurance company. I love that they were able to reach out to the other insurance company and the hospital and NOT me. Emily and Quinn are quick to respond and they are always made me feel important when ever i had a question. They always answer my questions . As the wife of a long distance truck driver you pray that you never get "the phone call." Three years ago I got that dreaded phone call while at the Hospice House. All they could tell me was that it involved a crane and that my husband had been injured while he was getting loaded. I was more than 600 miles away watching my stepdad taking his final breaths and they couldn't even tell me if my husband was still alive. My husband was flown home a few days later with a crush injury. We didn't know what to do or where to turn.
