“Kudos to Williams, McClernan, & Stack, LLC for their courtesy and professionalism in hosting a no-cost expungement clinic at the Lexington Park Library. This service may make a difference in helping qualified and deserving individuals receive employment offers, that might otherwise be out of reach due to having made bad decisions in the past.”
Cons
1
May not always represent the client to the fullest extent in certain cases
“I'm giving her 4 stars instead of 5 because after being in the law library for a year I dont think she represented me to the best of her ability . The judge said some pretty unfavorable things I actually should had reported only the 180 days is passed and she probably didn't want to make the judge angry.”
2
Potential abandonment of a client during a critical situation
“After using this firm, and it's founder, for years in a divorce and custody case, she filed papers to remove herself from my case without me knowing. My ex, and his new "girl friend" lied to have me arrested, and while I was being held in isolation at the County Detention Center— rather than helping me— she abandoned me.”
