The first thing I noticed about Mr. McDevitt upon meeting him was his friendly demeanor. I was very impressed with his past work history and well read resume. Mr. McDevitt is an extremely thorough lawyer, he likes to cover all bases. He represented me in a criminal case and I'm glad he was my lawyer. Mr. McDevitt will tell you how it is whether you like what he says or not because he tells you what you need to hear about your case. He isn't afraid to go to "bat" for you either. Mr. McDevitt defended me in my second DWI case in which I was charged with 4 counts of DWI(2) and DUI(2). Mr. McDevitt counseled me on steps to take prior to the trial to help mitigate any consequences or penalties hand down by the court. He was available 24 seven for emergencies. I'm having a great day! Kevin won 3 cases for me. Hooray.. I was falsely accused of DUI, DWI and MVA citations which has taken almost a year to correct and the end result was a win; no action. I'm 71 years old and suffer from COPD, narrow angles (both eyes), foot surgery. I also suffer from depression and anxiety. I'm a widow of 5 years; and I work part-time. I could have lost my license, have an interlock system installed in my car, and paid thousands of dollars. At the MVA hearing I was charged with an insufficient breath test, and 3 intoxicometer tests. To experience going to jail for the night was a nightmare. Needlessto say, the Detention Center was a circus and the behavior of some of the officers left me concerned about the entire process. My lawyer, Kevin J.
