I recently contacted and utilized Mr. Gary Patterson, an attorney for the firm, to perform some deed work for my farm. He was clearly more thorough than any of the other firms in the area I had contacted. Prior to taking my request he wanted to research with the county to ensure what was requested would actually fill the needs of the county's requirements. No other firm in the area offered to do this, they only said they would perform the request for their fees. He was very thorough in his execution of the request, extremely professional, and above all very fast with responses to inquiries. I would without hesitation recommend Mr. Patterson and his firm for any legal needs anyone would need performed. I know I would be in good hands using his services.
