Max took care of several legal documents for my family. Max was patient and explained everything to us. My father-in-law is 97 years old, it's hard for him to get around and it was a huge relief to know we could have our documents notarized virtually!! I initially reached out via online submission with my needs in detail & contact info. This platform was super easy & very convenient. I immediately received a response and was sent an appointment portal to schedule a date/time that was good for me..again, easy & painless. When my appointment time came , Mr. White contacted me directly. He was cheerful but still professional and very easy to talk to. He asked for a little more detail, explained the process, what he needed from me & I’m not rich but the fee was great also. He made it super convenient to do everything and not one time did I feel rushed. That was all on a Thursday by Monday afternoon all the steps were complete. Can I tell you I was shocked…in what world of courts & documents does anything happen so quickly? Apparently this one!
