Was rear-ended at a stoplight last June (‘23). Didn’t realize I had a concussion for about a day or so. In the meantime, the party that hit me was in a hurry to try and talk me into not filing with his insurance (his teenager was the driver). I became very leery and decided it would behoove me to seek out a lawyer. I chose Rice, Murtha & Psoras and esquire Eric Lickstein took my case It felt SO good to just hand everything over and not have to keep track of calls, bills, etc.All I had to do was concentrate on getting better. I had months worth of Physical Therapy which successfully treated my concussion! Today, just a little over a year since the accident, the case is settled without court. I feel whole.
