I could not recommend the lawyers Express team more…they are professional, supportive, and provide the best service.
Cannot thank the LET team more for their help with closing on our house. Melissa and Chris truly went above and beyond to assist us with every step of the closing process, they even went as far as finding us a notary to complete the settlement in another state. Not only were they patient and kind, but highly informative and such team players.

Lawyers Express Title handled the closing on the sale of a rental property in late August. That went smoothly, however, since that time they have withheld a substantial amount of funds the proceeds from the sale of our house in Baltimore. When asked why they refuse to send us the remaining funds despite having paid all of the costs associated with the sale, we were told that it was company policy to await the filing of the title by the City of Baltimore. Repeated queries as to the logic or legal basis for this policy have gone unanswered.
