Lawyer's Express Title ALWAYS takes great care of my clients. This one was especially important to me, since it was my brother and sister-in-law purchasing a new house before their new baby is born! Even with a quick turn around from contract acceptance to settlement, LET was amazing. Thank you!!!

Recommended by our Real Estate Agent/company. Didn't work with them too closely as our agent/company, title company and lender all worked directly. There were no delays however and had a smooth time on our actual settlement date.

Unfortunately the buyer lost financing at settlement day. The Title company however was great, they came to our home to help the process.

Once again, Lawyers Express Title came through! Their handling of a difficult factual situation exceeded our wildest expectations.

We began our process with Lawyers Express Title in May 2020. After several months of calling and emailing to get updates from Jen Kehs and oftentimes being ignored, I was finally able to get someone to follow-up by including Karen Wolfe in the process. I was hoping to give time for the problems to resolve, but due to their negligence and delayed responses, the seller is now unable to get a hold of and we are committed to a hanging contractual agreement - which apparently is none of their business as they've advised for myself "to hire an attorney to force the release." I cannot say I'd recommend them at all from my own experiences.

I used them for closing on a CoOp. It ran so smoothly. I would definitely recommend them.

LET was awesome ! I've used several title company's and LET was the first one where EVERYTHING was correct and on time. Would recommend them to anyone.
