I have had the pleasure of working with Stacie over the last 9 months. She made a complex process a journey of resolution which allowed for a positive outcome for my parents. I have been a clinical social worker for over 25 years in North Carolina and I have never been more impressed with a law firm. Although I live out of state Stacie never failed to take or return my calls. She was accountable, accessible ,and available. She managed multiple demands with courtesy. Stacie embodied compassion ,understanding, knowledge ,know-how and caring which is exactly what our family needed. As a clinical social worker for over 25 years she exceeded my expectations. Stacie helped me with legal guardianship issues for our 19 yo handicapped son. The process went very smoothly thanks to her experience, knowledge and client service. No details were left to chance and she has since helped me several times file the required reports required by DC. As a result, we will also use her firm for estate planning services as they relate to my son's needs.

When my grandfather needed estate documents prepared before a surgery to protect my grandmother and our family I directed him to Ms. Simon.
