He’s a fighter who will go the extra mile. So many of these attorneys just want to take easy cases and put in minimal effort. Andrew takes the times to investigate and consider all the facts. He’s creative and will find ways to fight for you like no other Lawyer I’ve seen. He’s done tremendous work for me my family, and friends.

Andrew represented me in two traffic court cases. Both cases were difficult situations however Andrew fought hard for me and I could not be happier with the results!

I married a woman I found on line from Kenya Africa after my previous wife died from Leukemia. I later found out she had a boyfriend. He was married and had a child with his wife. My wife wanted a green card and hopped by marrying me she could get one. When I would not sell my house and give it to her, she had me locked up saying I was an abuser. I hired Andrew 2 days before she filled for divorce. I was locked up for a charge of verbal abuse over the phone ! ? This was a lie. I got one phone call from jail. Andrew had me bailed out having no money up front ! He allowed me to owe him till I could come up with the retainer, and bail money ! Eventually the case was dropped by her lawyer due to Andrew and his presentation before court to her lawyer. He saved my house from her. I did have to take abuse class for $2,000.00 for a one year classroom instruction. But the charges of abuse were expunged. I found Andrew to be knowledgeable, fair, compassionate, and sympathetic. He is also a good Christian man. He remains a personal friend to this day. Keep up yhe good work Andrew and God's speed.

Andrew represented me in my divorce case. I was married for 15 yrs and had 3 kids. That usually is not good for most men. Unless you know Andrew. Andrew fought for me and in the end we won. I have recommended him to many co workers and friends and will continue to recommend him and use him again if needed. Andrew is very professional , family oriented attorney. After a complete nightmare experience with my previous lawyer that I had to fire for doing everything possible to run up my fees, I was very grateful to find Mr. Diblasio. Not only was he reasonable but I could tell he cared about my case. I wasn't just another client & my hearing wasn't just another day in court to him and it showed in his performance. He was very good at mediating and pleading my case & concerns as to why I was seeking sole legal custody of my only child, Jaden. This was the most important thing I would ever face as my ability to articulate my concerns to the Master would directly impact my son' s future. I was nervous and very intimidated, worried that I wouldn't do a good enough job of expressing my concerns. He was able to reassure me and spoke in such a way that I always knew exactly how to answer his questions. He was a good listener & remembered things I had told him that I had forgotten under the pressure & would remind me of those important issues that I knew needed to be shared in his questioning and allowed me to naturally bounce my answers off his questions as though we were reciting a conversation that had been written & rehearsed ahead of time. His demeanor and confidence really helped to distract me from the reservations I had about having a complete stranger make such a huge decision for my son when he knew nothing about me or my son before that day. Even though the social worker had been clearly biased and was not advocating for me fairly, I still walked away with having all the major decisions made in my favor. Things were very tense & hostile between me & my ex & he was able to get us together in the same room without any fighting or lashing out and was able to mediate for us (which was a miracle in & of itself)! I was very happy with the results of my case and would highly recommend Andrew Diblasio!
