I cannot recommend Mr. Rakow as your legal representation strongly enough. He was thorough and precise in guiding me through what to expect, steps to take to be viewed more favorably in the court's eyes, and reasonable costs for his time and work. His calm and collected demeanor was reassuring to a first-time offender. I hope to never use Mr. Rakow's services again, however, if I ever find myself in trouble again within Maryland's borders I know whom I will be reaching out to.

Steven was literally the best to ever do it, he stayed in contact with me throughout my case let me know what to expect and the outcome ! Had a VOP and he got my case closed I didn’t even have to show up physically he handled that… when he says he going to help you and get the best outcome he never lied I appreciate him so much thank you.
