We have never, ever been in trouble with the law before, so we were way in over our heads with knowing what to do. Mr. Brueckner went above and beyond to help my husband before the court date and we ended up getting his case dismissed. I feel indebted to Mr. Brueckner, without his help, things could have been terrible. Word of advice: don't try to swim in the channel of Assawoman Bay while drinking a white claw. Thank you so much Mr. Brueckner!!!!!

Excellent lawyer the best you can get. I was so stressed and didn't know what I was going to do. This guy Richard brueckner was straight forward and told me what I need to do. I worked on trying to get my license back and I failed by not having it in time. We went to 2 separate court houses for the same charges but different counties. Walked out of both with probation before judgment and a small fine. Walking out talking to Mr. Brueckner was weight lifted from my shoulders. It's always a pleasure speaking to him on the phone but face to face is a whole different experience. He actually is interested in your life and will give the best advice to help you and talk just about anything. So I am really grateful to have hired him as my lawyer and suggest everyone contact this guy if you need legal help. I give a big thank you sir as you didn't just fight for me but as I see it in my eyes you did this for me and my wife and daughter because idk what I would have done or how bad the outcome could have been without you. Think logically about this, the man has an office across the street from the courthouse and worked as the Senior Assistant State’s Attorney for about 10 years. It is very apparent that Rich knows the system from both sides AND he knows the players in the courtroom extremely well. Rich was honest, upfront, and very diligent/organized. He took time out from his busy schedule to hear my concerns and gave me the chance to explain the details of my case. This lawyer does not promise outcomes he can't guarantee and he delivers more than he promises. He is a good man and a good lawyer. All charges were dropped in my case.

Richard put our mind at ease about the whole process and got about the best outcome that was possible considering the circumstances. He explained the process well, we always knew what the next steps were and felt prepared and confident walking into the courtroom.
