Mr. Rich Brueckner was referred to us by another lawyer to help with our son's DUI, wreckless driving and multiple charges in Salisbury, MD. Being from out of state and not knowing the law or differences in process, we were told to reach out to Rich. The penalties in MD are severe for 1st time offenses including jail time, fines, etc. I sent an online message while I waited for the contact information - within 15 minutes he contacted me for a explanatory chat. His paralegal had emailed me not 15 minutes after that for follow-up information. Rich stayed in contact with us leading up to the court (Salisbury, MD). Court day came - Rich knew all of the court house employees and he walked us to a private room down a hallway to discuss the proceeding and pretrial work he had completed. Rich made our son feel comfortable for the court and relayed expectations that played out exactly as presented. Rich was able to meet and discuss with the prosecutor about our son, living out of state, pre trial classes completed (at Rich's urging), etc. Rich had all but 1 of the 6 charges dropped, was able to get conditional probation supervised by Rich, some community service, and court fees. This was shocking given all of the reading and research I had done - Rich was as comfortable with us as everyone in the Salisbury court house was with him. He is a former Wim County prosecutor and clearly knows the law, as well as his way around a court process. I watched other outcomes and believe me, there was not one like Rich provided for us. Our gratitude for his diligence and effort will never be forgotten.

Mr. Richard Bruecker was been the best lawyer I have ever had hands down especially for the charges I had against me, I got off without any jail time. I have had other lawyers before and they were not professional or as on point as he was. He was very stern while we were in court and I felt as if I finally had a lawyer who really was there for me I would 100% recommend him to anyone who is looking for a real true lawyer to represent them. He never made me feel uncomfortable or unsure. He was very attentive and was there for me for anything and everything I needed.
