I worked with Eric many times in the past and have found him to be acutely familiar with construction issues which is of paramount importance when litigating construction disputes. This is especially important when cross examining experts and fact witnesses. Other attorneys do not know when witnesses are being less than candid; but Eric does. Further, he prepares his witnesses so well that any attacks by the other side are easily handled with ease. On a particluarly difficult litigation, Eric carefully and artfully prepared the case outline and earned a very large award.

I worked with Eric on a couple of construction claim disputes and quickly learned that he is one of the better attorneys in the construction litigation community. He gets knee deep in the details and understands the fine distinction points that are necessary to win the dispute. Further, his cross-examinations (which is where the money is earned) are very well prepared and orchestrated. Eric is a winner, and that really is all that matters.
