I highly recommend calling Dustin from the Furman | Honick Law group for any of your legal needs. My wife was driving to work when a MAC truck negligently dropped a full-sized dumpster onto the highway, striking her car and several others. Dustin promptly answered the phone and was compassionate when listening to what happened. After he heard what just took place, he immediately told my wife and I he was going to take care of it, and he did. Dustin kept us in the loop with what was happening and the outcome was exactly what he said it would be. There are not enough positive adjectives to express what amazing attorney's Dustin and Allen are. My case was a slip and fall, which is one of, if not the hardest case to win. The burden of proof is on the plaintiff and you must out weigh the defense 51/49 to win anything. Due to a situation out of his control my original attorney, 60 days prior to my trial , referred me to Dustin and Allen. So along with only having 60 days to prepare for the case, it was back in 5/2017 (covid postpone the trial twice) and had a massive amount of doctor's notes and everything else to review. The way they handled the case you would think they had prepared it from the beginning. Not only did we WIN but received the full amount requested. In closing, here is a lessoned learned, when they say "Trust the Process", trust it. They listen to everything the witnesses say or don't say, let the defense dig a really big hole and then on cross examination and closing put the nails in coffin. Unless I had to, I would never use any other attorney's and I don't take giving review's like this lightly.

Dustin was so easy to work with. He showed care for his clients, and dedication to his job. I had full trust and faith in him, he guided me in the direction I needed and ultimately it worked out.
