Sara is very unprofessional she always asking for the same paperwork repeatedly, seriously how many copies of the same papers do you need? barely responds to calls, text, or email, doesn’t keep me updated with the case at all. It’s been almost 2 years since this case been filed concerning a bus accident! What’s really going on. Been done therapy and still pretending to investigate looking for medical papers for over a year! Sara and this company definintely need to step it up because this is ridiculous. If the shoe was on the other foot I could see Sara and all them who are not on their jobs hounding for answers, but yet don’t wanna give clear answers. It’s always the same conversation whenever she reaches out! Get the job done isn’t that what you getting paid for! Step it up seriously! people are recovering from real life accidents and injuries
