My paralegal was Rebecca and she was awful. Never Return any phone calls, voice messages or message I left with the receptionist. I got to the point, I had to make a complaint with Alex. This entire firm, lies, deceives and is very unprofessional. I had to do all the foot work myself. My case was held up for months, due to non communication, sloppiness and laziness. My case began with them 11/2020 and I just got my check 10/25/2021. Never again! Don’t waste your time with these people, they are for themselves. Client name- Jasmine Owens

I had a great experience working with Killian Law Group!

First time ever needing a lawyer for a car accident I was in and all I have to say is very impressed. This law group is by far the most amazing group. They work extremely long and tiring hours to make sure their clients get exactly what they deserve. Always so professional and welcoming when you enter the office. Attorney Robert Stegman was extremely diligent and proactive with my case and would not settle for anything less than what he thought my case was worth. Its been a long time coming but was so worth the wait. I know that my case my be over but I established a great friendship and lasting bond with Attorney Stegman and Attorney Binder. I would 1000% recommend this group for your law needs! I have nothing but the upmost respect for this group and will use them in the future should I ever need a lawyer again. Thank you guys for working so hard, being so diligent, and showing compassion and that you cared. Changed my life forever. I will forever be grateful to this law firm!

No follow up, no returned calls, the lady on my case rarely answers her phone. It’s extremely frustrating and Mr Roberts response is “call the office” I’ve worked with offices before but truly nothing like this. I just don’t feel valued.
