If I was able to give more than 5 stars, I surely would. The level of professionalism, compassion, promptness, as well as just an overall warm friendly experience is the reason that I would recommend the Killian Law Group. Mr. Binder not only called to personally check on me regularly, he kept me posted as to every step of the process. Even Jennifer, our paralegal, was amazing! She was extra patient with the process of our constant rescheduling due to COVID related issues, and was even understanding of my need to text message due to work, instead of answer her calls. Most importantly, my settlement was extremely generous. I was originally sent an offer in early May, and after speaking to Mr. Binder, he asked me to allow him to file suit, in order to receive the sum he believed I deserved. He said the process could take several months, but he was confident(without guaranteeing figures) he could get me at least 20-30% more. Within 1.5 months, he returned to me an offer that was DOUBLE the original offer. Goes without saying, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
