I would recommend Alan 10/10 times. Very professional and organized, does not beat around the Bush, tells you what you need to hear with no sugarcoating, extremely fair and reliable, thank you so much for your services.

If it had not been for Alan I would have been lost in the process of my divorce! He was personal, professional and gave me some hard facts and truths even when I did not want to hear them! After sharing his own experience- it made it easier for me! I am forever grateful for finding you!

I "briefly" spoke with you, Attorney Billian via phone for a consultation. Mr. Billian, it's quite obvious my issue was quite trivial to you. As you know, I wanted to see if I had grounds to pursue legal action relating to what I disclosed. When I was finished speaking you said bluntly "Well, I don't have a problem with it." (Referring to MY PROBLEM I disclosed). You then proceed to tell me that this is not a case you will accept and when asked WHY, you proceeded to be extremely short and curt, still not answering my question. Our phone call lasted less than 3 minutes. You didn't even offer a suggestion. I've had attorneys related to other matters in the past, and you are by far the rudest and uncaring attorney I have ever spoken with. You showed ZERO compassion. I guess if I was filing for a messy divorce with custody and child support issues out the yin yang, you would have been much more inclined to assist being as though it's costly. What a shame.

My ex husband is an attorney, I am not. Consequently, he was able to manipulate our divorce agreement, custody arrangement, child support amounts, and anything else he could to make my life difficult. Everything was out of balance and I felt helpless, until I was referred to Alan, whose legal expertise is second only to his moral compass. He was honest, forthright and always made me feel like we were a team, fighting the good fight. I have never felt safer and more genuinely represented. Thanks to Alan, I now have sole custody of my daughter, am receiving the correct amount of child support and I know, with complete certainty, that he has my back in case I ever need him again - and I might. I am disabled and was completely misrepresented as such by Alan Billian in my divorce case. The compassion for my disability was zero. Alan is stretched thin and short on office help which led to little or no follow up on his part. I was very disappointed in his services.
