Lack of communication and follow-up from attorneys
“I had mediation on December 3rd, did he call me and ask how mediation went? Or reach out to tell me what the next move is going forward....No not at all, he called me 3 days later December 6th asking for a payment.”

Attorneys not fully prepared or knowledgeable about the case
“The discovery and interrogatories were pretty much all his law firm did for my case and they were done by his paralegal Ashley Wentz. And as nice a person as Ashley was the interrogatory answers were written like a high school senior wrote them, with no lawyer wordage, no objections to their questions, and no real explanatory answers.”
