We first discussed my needs over the phone. After learning more about my financial status she recommended a plan explaining the reasons of the recommendation. Diana made me very comfortable and easy to talk to. When we met to sign the documents Diana had everything very organized. As we went through the documents she answered all my questions and clarified areas where I had additional questions. Diana didn’t rush me and allowed me time to think over the difficult questions of the living will. With her guidance, experience and understanding she made the living will much easier than I imagined.
