I had a good experience with Cohen and Dwin. My attorney, Ioana David was exceptional. She always responded and was upfront with what was happening. If you're dealing with a workplace injury the process takes time. Listen to the attorneys and you will be fine. Highly recommend Ms. David and this firm.

I am so very happy with my experience when I came to this firm. Cabo Granato was very attentive and took care of my needs. He was very personable and was able to explain everything. In response to the reply, I sat with Mr. Dwin on 1/15/2020 to close out my case. Goes to show the level of accountability and now it appears that record keeping is not up to par here. Displeased with how my accident case was handle. There was minimal communication throughout the process. Was told that I didn’t have to show up for my hearing. Settlement amount was accepted without my knowledge. Complete rush job in the end.
