This firm was very unprofessional in the handling of my case. I was working directly with Mr. Dwin. He held my case for almost four months and never followed up on the witnesses and information I provided. After holding the case and only sending out a handful of letters. He dropped the case based on second hand information. He never did an independent investigation. Very disappointed in this firm. This firm and its owner toss around unfounded and untrue accusations against me in retaliation for my review. This reply demonstrates the level of unprofessionalism exhibited by this firm.
