I consulted Mrs. Sheela Murthy to seek second legal opinion on my case after consulting another attorney who failed to provide me the right advice and take up my case. I had no hopes of carrying my case forward. But Mrs. Sheela Murthy analyzed my case in a comprehensive manner and suggested a route plan that I could take. This demonstrates her extensive experience and wide range of practice. Not all the attorneys develop this sort of skill-set. After a smooth 01a process, the Murthy team went ahead with EB1a process. We got a long RFE with over 10 pages not accepting a single criteria (out of the 5 we had evidence for). The team laid out a detailed legal response reiterating the evidence provided that was over looked and substantiated with further evidence. The case was approved. I was suggested by a friend and think that it was the best suggestion one can get! Please be very careful before you select your attorney, as some of them are there only to make money.
