To whom it may concern. Mr. Mulroney has been my attorney on two different cases and done a great job on both of them. I needed somebody that knew the Longshore Harbor act! which is also the maritime act, and it is a special attorney that is licensed with the courts for these cases. living 1000 miles from the sea, it was hard to find. overseas colleague recommended Bill Maloney, no money down, explained everything really well in layman terms for me. would highly recommend him !!
