I called today to make a payment and found that they had in increased the balance on my account by $400! They said that we had an agreement that had expired Dec. 30, 2020 and that is why the balance increased.I had paid $1000 in 3 months by December 30, 2020 and ran into hard times due to COVID. I spoke to Nate (who was nice by the way) from their office on January 20, 2021 and he said the balance was $1267.00- one month after the so called expiration. I wanted to pay small increments to resolve this remaining balance but they were not agreeable. Then I received a court notice! So I decided I was going to pay whatever amount I could regardless and not let them dissuade me. So I called today to make a payment and was told the balance was now $1666.66!!!! When was I going to be informed of this? Why wasn’t I told this during the call at the end of January 2021??? I spoke to Patty Elongy today - she was rude as ever and very inarticulate. She couldn’t answer the question so she transferred me to Shawn Kennedy. He was even more rude and less articulate. He refused to answer the question, offer options, or even do the bare minimum of speaking like a civilized human being. Additionally, he hung up the phone on me. He was a piece of work. Believe the reviews- these people are absolute criminals and rude to boot…Most of us have been hit hard with COVID, including myself. I’ve made payments as I could and will continue as I can. But that is not good enough…Well- feeding my family comes first. They WANT to take you to court. They get much more that way in fees and other incidentals. Oh well…see ya in court if you can’t take what I am offering. Let’s let the Judge know how I have tried but you refuse options because it is your way or the highway..I will continue paying what I can.

So far I have only talked with rude people. They are not even willing to provide siempre information.

Everytime that I have them called them, the agents have been very helpful. They are actually good guys in a dirty game.

They are very rude they don’t know how to talk to people at all I can’t Waite to pay them off so I can be done with them. they so hungry to garnish your check to they don’t care if u having a hard time or not they don’t I pray that I can be done with them soon ASAP

As far as what they do they seem to be more humane than others I have encountered.

Yesterday my wife received a letter of a Lawsuit filed with a fake District Court Case Number (it was 1 number off & not matching the name of my wife) That being said ,today my “wife” received another letter (post stamped March 4,2021 for lawsuit with Baltimore District Court & CASE NUMBER ) Today , my wife received a “settlement offer of only 80% of total due . So which is it , a fake Case number for District Court ? Or A 80% total due ,balance ? I ran this by my personal lawyer & HOGWASH !
