If you owe money just call them there the nicest people in the world , don't be rude to them , and get a payment plan I was scared at first but it's been pleasant, they'll work with you , allways pay by money order and get them to stamp the receipt and write the balance owed left with there signature. As long as you communicate with them and show initiative that your paying it won't be any problems

I was just on the phone with 2 representative from this place and was treated like trash. They are rude, disrespectful and very privileged. They only are not willing to work with you and hang up on you instead of talking to you. I was discriminated against my them twice. This is a horrible company and I filed a complaint at the BBB. Companies like this should not be in business.

Whomever that Shawn or Sean or however you spell his name hung up on me while I asked him a question! I wasn't rude or anything but while I was in MID conversation he hung up! I hope the actual higher ups listen to their recordings because someone needs to sue them for their lack of respect! Then Ms Jul lied and said there is only one Shawn and that’s a lie!!! There is a Sean Daly who IS the lawyer whom we should talk to then there’s Mr. SHAWN KENNEDY who is the Firm Director aka the rudest of them all. Everyone talks over you and then when you catch them in a lie the hang up 😂😉 BBB and MARYLAND BAR Association will hear from me very soon!!! It’s not that I wouldn’t pay the debt but the fact they didn’t have the right address the situation would and could have been prevented. By the because it recorded hopefully someone can record them. Zero stars do not recommend!!!

I received a wage garnishment letter and was scared to call due to past collection experiences. I spoke to Justine and she was the sweetest person. She showed so much kindness and understanding and never once talked down to me like I have had happen in the past. She was able to put me on a reasonable payment plan. This meant more to me than she will ever know!! Thank you Justine!!!

Katie hung up on me two times and Jessica once. I received poor customer service from both. I hope someone extends you grace in difficult times, because life has a way of showing up.

Specific to Kevin Sheppard. Great professionalism. Great customer service. Helped me with my issue. Showed compassion and acted like he cared about my problems. Best over all interaction with any debt collector I've ever had. 10/10!! Highly recommend dealing with him. I felt more of a human than a number talking to him. He valued my privacy. And acts like he loves his job. I couldn't have asked for a better rep to work with. You're going places !! Rockstar KEVIN SHEPPARD!!!

I wish I could give them a negative 5 stars. Horrible law firm! They're disrespectful and will make your life a living nightmare. Pay your arrangement with money orders only. You can't pay with a debit card and if you pay by credit card, they'll make that complicated and will cause your arrangement to go into default in addition to going to court and adding more court fees on the original balance. Any payments made doesn't matter and they'll lie about going to court. PLEASE DON'T MESS WITH THESE LAWYERS, THEY'RE OUT TO CAUSE FINANCIAL HARSHIPS TO YOIR LIFE. Gather money a.s.a.p and pay your debt off because once this law firm get ahold of you, your paycheck is in their hands and they don't give a crap about you.

Justine was very professional after reading a lot of these reveiws it seems like who you get is how your experience is going to be . Please request to talk to Justine if you want anything done with empathy and a game plan . At the end of the day they are debt collectors but it should always be a level of respect when you’re talking to another person . Thank you Justine for the great experience
