I do not typically write reviews, but when someone provides an outstanding service, I believe it is important to let others know just how stellar that service is. I was referred to Mr. Fink's office though a friend who recommended him highly. I came to him last minute--after I tried to settle an accident case on my own. I believed , because there was no question of the other's negligence, it would be a simple matter to write my own demand letter and settle the case. But this was not so. When the insurer refused a reasonable offer, I met with Mr. Fink. I cannot stress how glad I was to have found him and how diligent he and his staff were in securing a settlement for me that I never could have achieved on my own. Beyond being extremely competent and thorough , he and his entire staff were warm and caring in helping me every step of the way. Having great representation is paramount when there in injury in a car accident and I give Mr. Fink and his staff five stars-- my highest recommendation--for their expertise, their professionalism, as well as their warmth and kindness during the entire process.
