I contacted Robinson & Associates a couple hours after a DUI with an accident arrest. Within a hour Lance Garner called me back. I gave him a run down of what had happened and told him my career was in jeopardy. He assured me everything would be okay. He gave me a run down of the steps to take for a successful outcome. After 3 month of going through the legal process, my case was dismissed! I couldn't be more thankful for Lances help, now I can breathe!!!

I have used Robinson & Associates for 2 separate car accidents cases and they have been fantastic. The 2 people I really like specifically are Hannah and Melanie. Melanie for the initial call which made me feel good about choosing them - professional and casual at the same time 10/10. Hannah for being super good with updates and checking in a lot. I would want her to handle all my cases honestly 10/10. So in summation, the 5 stars are for Hannah and Melanie. They are why I will use them in the future.

I just returned from my trial in Garret County. It was for my 3rd dui (caught speeding 86 in a 55) (the first two being 15 years ago). Apparently jail time is the norm, particularly in that county. The judge wanted to sentence me to 6 months. Lance, my attorney, however, was able to advise me on adapting to this possibility to avoid it. Jail time would've absolutely ruined me, in every sense. The judge made it clear he would've found me guilty. However, Lance was able to meet with him pretrial and arrange a deal on my behalf. Out of the multitude of charges, I only had to plead to the DUI, which alone saved me well over a thousand dollars. I've been sentenced to 4 months of inhome detention, probation of course, and a very reasonable 40 hours of community service. Lance was responsive to my needs and making contact with me. In fact, when my father passed, he also secured a second postponement for me. I'm extremely grateful for his representation and would recommend him to anyone facing similar or lesser charges.
