Before we signed as clients, Mr. Cohen took the time to listen to what legal documents we thought we needed, then he explained what he recommended and why. Future interactions were professional, informative, and met our needs exactly.

Scott Strickler and his partner Geoff represented me in my contentious divorce. The pair's errors in judgment, lack of foresight and difficulty with straightforward legal writing tasks were amongst the biggest failures in representing me. I paid his firm almost eight-hundred thousand dollars. And for this steep fee, they recommended that I sign a child support agreement that included both a percentage of income clause and a definition of income. Unfortunately, the boys failed to include provisions that would apply to my ex-wife resulting in a lopsided, inequitable child support payments. This one mistake caused me to pay approximately 100k more than was reasonable under the circumstances. Astonishingly, the large fee payments were not enough for Geoff and Scott and the firm's financial planners. Instead, the firm sued me for 30K in fees on work I had never requested. Arrogant and a poor listener; if Scott treats other clients in the way he treated me, they will find out that not only is his representation expensive its is also costly. Do not take the risk here, there are many other capable lawyers to choose from.
