Potential for costly mistakes and oversights in legal representation
“The pair's errors in judgment, lack of foresight and difficulty with straightforward legal writing tasks were amongst the biggest failures in representing me. I paid his firm almost eight-hundred thousand dollars. And for this steep fee, they recommended that I sign a child support agreement that included both a percentage of income clause and a definition of income. Unfortunately, the boys failed to include provisions that would apply to my ex-wife resulting in a lopsided, inequitable child support payments.”
