Poor communication and lack of transparency
“Horrible communication and that office moves slow as snails. When my daughter passed (Oct 15) we notified him the NEXT day so his office could pull the remainder of her records. They were not even requested until the beginning of November (something like the 6th-ish) but the hospital couldn't send them out because they hadn't been paid for!”

Unethical and disrespectful practices
“The worst company ever I in counter with and this firm is unethical and disrespectful and they set me up to fail in my mortgage and they work with lender and I trust my agent and fall into there trap and they did my paperwork mortgage first payment to start within 3 weeks of closing date and they lie to at closing if you are immigrants and minority's stay way from this legal firm that operates in systematic racism and I will never recommend this firm for anyone who try to use them for mortgage closing.”
