Potential issues with accuracy and timeliness of work
“Computations in the HUD1 were wrong; I had to recalculate and constantly check on them to rectify the errors. The attorney was snobbish and didn't show any care, the post settlement person was unresponsive. Recordation was done late (it only appeared on public records after 3 long weeks, whereas a recent settlement agent I used -- Federal Title -- perfected the recordation on the closing date and they were shown in public records on that same day!)”
