Occasionally poor communication and lack of responsiveness from the firm
“I worked with this firm regarding a car accident. [...] Simply put, this firm moves slow as snails. When my daughter passed (Oct 15) we notified him the NEXT day so his office could pull the remainder of her records. They were not even requested until the beginning of November (something like the 6th-ish) but the hospital couldn't send them out because they hadn't been paid for!”
