2
Attorneys and staff provide personalized attention, care, and support throughout the legal process

3
Attorneys demonstrate strong negotiation skills and work to secure favorable settlements for clients
“When the insurance company made an initial low-ball offer, Mike engaged with them very constructively and professionally, but he was also knew in what ballpark we should be looking (based upon previous cases, industry norms, etc) and was able to negotiate with them on the basis to obtain a more appropriate figure.”
4

5
Firm is highly recommended by past clients for personal injury, medical malpractice, and other legal matters
“I would highly recommend both Shulman Rogers and Mike Nakamura and Jessica Baker in particular. They were professional, pleasant, responsive, and ultimately very effective.”
Cons
1
Some clients have experienced poor communication, slow response times, and lack of transparency from certain attorneys at the firm
“Horrible communication and that office moves slow as snails. When my daughter passed (Oct 15) we notified him the NEXT day so his office could pull the remainder of her records. They were not even requested until the beginning of November (something like the 6th-ish) but the hospital couldn't send them out because they hadn't been paid for!”
2
A few clients have felt that the firm prioritized their own financial interests over the client's best interests
“After spending 7 digits, yes over one million dollars, this firm not only LOST the case at every level (multiple appeals), but after entering into a flat fee agreement for the remainder of the case, they have now filed a lawsuit against me personally for collections of fees from the company they represented!”
