Mr. Piereck became my attorney rather last minute to a very complicated case. The states attorneys office at the last minute decided to dismiss it, but Mr. Pierick was extremely helpful and informed on all of my options moving forward and as to why the states attorney’s office canceled. If I ever had another case, I would highly consider even with a long distance between us in counties,I would call him again.

Rick represented me in a traffic case. He and his office staff were extremely knowledgeable and responsive, and remained in continual contact up to my court date. So basically I got caught up in the middle on phone calls with Fiance/father of my daughter. He was in detention center and just crazy about getting his mom to bring CDS in. Long story short they both got their charges on stet I was left to the wolves!!! Rick was amazing the first time we talked! He was honest that he hadn't had a chance to look at my file but he called me later. We talked about EVERYTHING!!! You gotta understand he was a STATES ATTORNEY for Calvert County!! That made him explain both sides. What would happen if I took it to trial. Worked with the State's Attorney hours on end because she didn't want to budge! You guys need to understand I'm hard to deal with because I am a single mom whom has a brain tumor. I also take care of my mom who has kidney failure and MS. So I was a nervous wreck, anxiety, crying I'm sure he thought and maybe still thinks I'm a nut!!! Rick is just a down to earth family man! He got me the plea I agreed to.
