Peter Fayne is the best in the game and what I mean by the best is he’s 5 star all around. Communication, confidence, knowledge, experience, determination & aggressiveness he’s good in every trait you could look for in a defense attorney. You have other like Mooney, Vallario, Woods etc but from my experience as someone whose dealt with paid attorneys he’s my go to every single time. You won’t regret your money being spent with Peter Fayne he is a good man at heart and in the court room!

Eric Rosenburg was my original attorney, whom I was working with on my case. He was very straightforward and that is what I liked a lot about him because I cannot stand when people tip toe around their statements. Although, there were some changes within the firm Eric decided to take the backseat which was when my case seemed to come closer to a close. I was a little worried at first, but another attorney that was a part of the firm named Era Kryeziu who stepped up to the plate with a backbone. She handled my settlement case like a boss! That's the best way I can put it. I really enjoyed how she mirrored Eric as far as transparency and guidance. I really learned a lot in regards to legal matters throughout the entire process. Hopefully I do not get into any sort of civil litigation matter, but if I do Era Kryeziu is on speed dial!

On November 7th, 2023, my wife decided to retain Ayah Innab for an upcoming criminal case. At first glance Ayah seemed confident in the work that she does. My wife asked Ayah about a bad review she saw during a google search. Ayah explained that she couldn’t speak about the case but it was untrue. Thinking Ayah was an experienced lawyer we allowed her to serve as legal counsel. This was the biggest mistake. Ayah was hard to reach and had a poker face to make you think she was knowledgeable about the case but in actuality she had no idea what she was doing. My wife provided Ayah with multiple documents which would win a case that was literally impossible to lose. The day of the court date, Ayah looked extremely nervous and it was visible. She allowed the state’s attorney to walk all over her. They presented evidence minutes before the beginning of the trial. Instead of refusing the information she went on with the trial unprepared. Through this trial we could see that Ayah had lost both mentally and physically. She does not understand the concept of winning and on this day it was clear. She lost a case with no physical evidence. To make matters worse Ayah began to cry and ran into a private room leaving her client lost and unaware of the next steps. This was extremely unprofessional and she truly does lack the confidence and determination needed to be a lawyer. This just goes to show that being a lawyer doesn’t prove that you are competent. Please do not be her next victim. Update: Instead of rectifying the problem the chose to delete reviews which is very unethical.

This review was recently deleted: I was recently represented by Ayah Innab. Upon the intial intake, i asked about the bad review that was here before mine and all she could say was “I remember that”. With that being said, please do not take these reviews lightly. I was quoted $2500 in which I paid in full immediately. My case was malicious destruction of property in Baltimore county, which I was REALLY innocent of and was able to provide her picture proof of everything in order to have a successful trial. Before trial, my husband received a business card with a note for a summons on his door so we reached out to ask Ayah if it was true and she said she did not know and would get back to me about it. She never got back to me on that. Which is why I had to be served the summons the date of court. The entire time she was not very communicative nor receptive and it was very much a warning sign to fire her and go with someone else. During the trial I asked her to allow me to testify and she just appeared scared to do so and I missed out on the opportunity to defend myself. Also during the trial while she was clearly losing, she turned to me and asked “anything else?” I responded telling her to show the pictures and she never did. She also did not produce to the judge the evidence I had given her that would show the states witness was lying. Overall, she was unprepared. During mitigation, she just spat out word vomit that wasn’t even true. She said I did a job before pregnant that I did not do and she also said the wrong age. Ultimately she undersold me by not saying I am a full time mother and I also nurse. I was sentenced to probation and cried about it. Ayah said she was “sorry and not to worry we are going to appeal”. She also started crying, which lacked all of the core values I was enticed by and thought I was paying for Determined, Tenacious and dedicated, yeah right.The next day Ayah ghosted me the entire day then sent me an email basically quitting at the end of the day. I had to find out how to do an appeal on my own! After shopping around for other lawyers, a few have said they never heard of her and she may be new. If you care anything about your life, DO NOT ALLOW AYAH TO REPRESENT YOU! Total ineffective assistance of council.
